Jan Baer, known as “Janno” by her friends, is a native Australian with an ever-present smile. She likes Colorado so much that, 23 years ago, she moved half-way around the world to live in and own properties in this beautiful state. Jan is also a Registered Nurse, who has maintained her Nursing license through two decades of proven success in business sales and operating her own Healthcare IT recruiting business.

As a naturally caring person, Jan works as both a Healthcare Recruiter and a Real Estate Agent, blending these two professions into a natural partnership, through which she helps people to find new careers and new homes in Colorado. Kent was born in Dayton, Ohio and traveled the world with his military family. He finished high school in Colorado Springs and has made his home in the Denver area for the last 20 years. He is an avid adventure enthusiast who enjoys scuba diving, international travel and mountaineering, and especially hunting and fishing adventures field.

While career is important to Kent, his family is more important. He has two children and his time is filled with coaching soccer, attending the kids school activities, plays and concerts and actively supporting each family member in the pursuit of their dreams.
